How To Obtain Login Credentials For Skyward Family Access
At the time a Family Access account is created, an email is sent with login credentials to the listed email address (see sample picture below). If an email was not received or Family Access login assistance is needed, please contact the campus directly. If you do not have an email on file, please contact your school’s office to have one added. Once you have an email address on file, you will receive an email that includes your Family Access username and a link to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
On the Skyward Login Page, click the “Forgot your Username or Password?” link. This link will take you to a page where you can enter either the username you were sent or the email address you have on file with your child's school. Click the submit button and an email will be sent to you containing a new reset link. After the system sends you the email, you have 24 hours to access the reset password link before it expires. If your link expires, you can still gain access to your account by clicking on the “Click Here” link in the email. Once you have clicked on the link, it will take you to the Skyward Login Page.

- No. Using one password, you can access records for all of your students, even if they are attending different schools within the district.

- I have forgotten my username or lost my password. What should I do?
- On the Login screen, please click the Forgot my Login/Password link. Fill in your email address and if you have an email address on file, then your username and password will be emailed to you. - Does Skyward Family Access include athletics, bus routes, food and nutrition services, elementary school dismissal, extended care and student drug testing?
- No, Skyward Family Access includes attendance, behavior/discipline, calendars, demographic data, enrollment, health information, grades, schedules and transcripts. All other applications are available separately. Contact your child's campus for more information.
