United ISD School Volunteers
United ISD Volunteers are parents, business or community members who are willing to donate their time and expertise in assisting with activities in one or more schools.
Individuals who seek to serve as volunteers must submit an on-line application prior to beginning a volunteer activity through the automated volunteer management system called BCHEX. Volunteer applications are valid from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026.
As part of the application process, all volunteers must attach the following documents.
New volunteers must attach the following documents:
- Current Valid Picture ID (State Driver’s License, State ID or United States Official Passport).
- DPS Computerized Criminal History Form signed and dated
- TB Certificate of Examination
Returning approved 2024-2025 volunteers must update information and attach the following two items:
- Current Valid Picture ID (State Driver’s License, State ID or United States Official Passport)
- DPS Computerized Criminal History Form signed and dated
United ISD employees must checkmark that they are United ISD employees on the application and attach only the following item:
- Current (2025-2026) United ISD issued ID.
