The United ISD Tax Office hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For tax information or to make an online payment for a fee, please visit our website at: Tax Search (credit/debit card or e-check)

Payment drop box located to the right of the Tax Office doors at 3501 E. Saunders available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Only checks and money orders are accepted. Make checks payable to: United ISD Tax Office

The Tax Office accepts postmarks by the U.S. Postal Service. If it is the last day of the month, we suggest you have the Post Office hand stamp your envelope to ensure the correct date.

The Tax Office will be closed the following dates:

  • August 29, 2025
  • September 1, 2025
  • October 13, 2025
  • November 24 - 28, 2025
  • December 22 - 26, 2025
  • January 1 - 2, 2026
  • February 23, 2026
  • March 9 - 13, 2026
  • April 3 & 6, 2025
  • May 25, 2026

The Tax Office is dedicated to provide accurate and certified tax information with integrity by delivering the highest level of customer service to its taxpayers, as well as applying professional methods to obtain the highest percentage of collection for the benefit of every student of United Independent School District.

The United ISD Records Management Department is dedicated to the management, security, maintenance and preservation of all district records from the time of creation to its possible disposition by assisting campuses and departments with identifying and standardizing records retention/disposition practices that adhere with the Texas Library and Archives Commission and the UISD Retention Schedule.
