Holiday Office Closure Notice:

Thank you for your order! We would like to inform you that our offices will be closed for Spring Break from Monday, March 09, 2026, to Friday, March 13, 2026.

If you would like to receive your transcript before our break, please place your order by Friday, March 6, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE ORDERING

Attention Students,

To all senior graduates, please make sure to update your parchment profile before placing an order. It is encouraged that you have a personal email on file. Reminder: School email will be disabled after graduation. For assistance, you may contact Lorena Meza at (956) 473-6318 or email lmeza41@uisd.net.

During the registration process, you'll be asked for your:

  • Enrollment status (currently or not currently enrolled)
  • Birth date
  • Student ID number
  • Email address

Parchment Fees

Current Students -

  • Electronic Transcript Requests - Free
  • Paper Transcript Requests - 1st 3(three) requests = Free, 4th and more = $3.00 ea. (mailed to requested address)

Alumni -

  • Electronic Transcript Requests = $13.00 ea.
  • Paper Transcript Requests = $13.75 ea. (mailed to requested address)

Verifications -

  • Electronic Requests = $27.75 ea.
  • Paper Requests = $27.75 ea. (mailed to requested address)
