Request OmniTrack Workshop number for Scheduling District/Campus Meetings/Trainings & Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Form

All meetings called by Directors, Executive Directors and Management Team Members which involve the attendance of campus staff must be authorized by the District’s Staff Development Director.
Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the requested meeting date.
Location of meeting, technology equipment and refreshments will be the responsibility of the person requesting the meeting.
Omnitrack is available for campus based professional employees.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) will be awarded based on State Board of Education Certification Guidelines.
