Volunteer Tracker

United ISD School Volunteers

United ISD Volunteers are parents, business or community members who are willing to donate their time and expertise in assisting with activities in one or more schools.

Individuals who seek to serve as volunteers must submit an on-line application prior to beginning a volunteer activity through the automated volunteer management system called App-Garden. Volunteer applications are valid from August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024.

As part of the application process, all volunteers must attach the following documents.

New volunteers must attach the following documents:

  1. Current Valid Picture ID (State Driver’s License, State ID or United States Official Passport).
  2. DPS Computerized Criminal History Form signed and dated - The form can be found at the right side of this page under “Volunteer Information”.
  3. TB Certificate of Examination - The form can be found at the right side of this page under “Volunteer Information” or you can submit your primary care provider’s form.

Returning approved 2022-2023 volunteers must update information and attach the following two items:

  1. Current Valid Picture ID (State Driver’s License, State ID or United States Official Passport).
  2. DPS Computerized Criminal History Form signed and dated - The form can be found at the right side of this page under “Volunteer Information of this page.

United ISD employees must checkmark that they are UISD employees on the application and attach only the following item.

  1. Current (2023-2024) United ISD issued ID.
