Program Overview

United ISD is proud to introduce the federally funded 21st CCLC “Fit for the Future” program for the LBJ elementary schools feeder pattern:

  • Arndt Elementary School
  • Centeno Elementary School
  • Juarez-Lincoln Elementary School
  • Kennedy-Zapata Elementary School
  • Perez Elementary School
  • Prada Elementary School
  • Roosevelt Elementary School
  • Veterans Memorial Elementary School

 “Fit for the Future” will allow qualifying students to participate at no cost from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Students will be provided with a light snack and engage in other program opportunities such as: Academic Assistance/Enrichment, Extracurricular Activities/Community Outreach Programs, STEM and Health/Wellness. In addition, the program will provide Family and Parental support such as: Positive Parenting Workshops, ESL and Certification Classes, Literacy Nights, and Workforce Training.
