United ISD Hosts Pinning Ceremony for Newly Added Police Officers and New Mascot

The United ISD Police Department welcomed 4 new officers, Adrian Cantu, Gorden B. Jarrell, Scott Anderson, Erik Gonzalez, and New Police Mascot, Officer Justice during a pinning ceremony held on Friday, January 31, 2020. The induction boosted the district’s police force to a total of 90 officers. United ISD Police Department continues its commitment and dedication to the safety and welfare of all students, staff, and visitors of the district.  “Our new officers have accepted the honor and the responsibility that comes with being members of the United ISD Police Department. The safety of our students, teachers, and staff is paramount, and I thank our Board of Trustees for ensuring that we have the resources and manpower to maintain high safety standards at all of our schools and facilities," said Superintendent Roberto J. Santos.
