Rendon, Associate Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction David Gonzalez, and Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources David Garcia.
The new teacher orientation is the first phase of a multi-faceted program focused on supporting the success and professional growth of the district’s new teachers.‘Whether new to teaching or just new to UISD, our new teachers are also getting an opportunity to become acquainted with the many people, resources and services that are available to support them. Throughout the school year we will conduct workshops and provide mentoring to help our new teachers meet their professional goals, and to ensure that UISD students get the very best public school education”, said Taboada*
