The United Independent School District has an operating budget of $162.7 million and a total budget of over $190 million. The Division of Budget & Finance provides the vision and leadership for all budget, financial, purchasing, risk management, fixed assets, and tax offices operations of the District under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent for Business & Finance, Laida Benavides.
